All 200-hour Teacher Training formats follow the same curriculum, learning objectives, and pedagogical approach, and are guided by Linda Munro and Gérald Disse.
Teaching language
The training is taught in English. Clarifications may be provided in French when needed.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the training, students receive a 200-hour Teacher Training Certificate aligned with international standards.
Admission requirements
The training is open to committed yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their personal practice and understanding of Ashtanga Yoga, whether or not they plan to teach afterward.
Applicants are expected to have a regular yoga practice and prior experience with Ashtanga Yoga or another dynamic yoga style. A sincere commitment to practice, study, and self-observation is essential.
Assessment & participation
Certification is based on active participation, completion of required assignments, and engagement in the teaching practicum.
