300-hour Yoga Teacher Training

Choose Your Path

Yoga teaching evolves over time, and so should your training. AYP’s Choose Your Path Training allows you to select a 300-hour training that aligns with where you are now — whether you are expanding your skill set, deepening your understanding of Ashtanga, or refining your work as a teacher.

Each path is thoughtfully structured, with a clear focus and complete curriculum, so you can commit fully to a training that genuinely supports your growth.

Rather than a single, one-size-fits-all curriculum, you choose a clearly defined path based on your background, interests, and teaching goals. Each path offers a complete and coherent 300h training, allowing you to study in depth where it matters most for you — while remaining rooted in tradition and intelligent practice.
